Saute 1 chopped green chilli and 3/4 inch ginger in 1 teaspoon oil, until fragrant
Saute 1 cup green peas until tender
Saute 3 1/2 cups spinach for 3 to 4 mins
Blend with half cup coriander leaves
Blend to a coarse paste
Mix together 300 grams boiled potatoes, spinach paste, salt, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 2 tbsps flour, 3/4 tsp garam masala
Divide the dough to patties.
Pan fry them in 1 to 2 tbsp oil until crisp and cooked through
These can also be air fried or baked. Serve hara bhara kabab with chutney or sauce. You can also serve them in burgers, sandwiches or wraps
