Veg cutlet – This is one of the simple, healthy and delicious snacks made with mixed vegetables. These cutlets are pan fried yet turn out crisp. This is my only basic cutlet recipe. Add bread or bread crumbs to it, to make a bread cutlet. Add powdered poha to it, to make a poha cutlet. Add some left over rice to make a rice cutlet.
